On 5 November 2025, ATENA+ joins nine other EU-funded projects in the #ZeroEnergyWasteEU social media campaign. The initiative aims to raise awareness of how research and innovation can eliminate energy waste and enhance efficiency across sectors.

Citizens, industries, and institutions are invited to unite around a shared goal: zero energy waste in Europe.

A Shared Message for Smarter Energy Use

Led by ICONS – as the dissemination and communication leader of the involved projects – the campaign showcases ten EU-funded projects addressing various aspects of the energy transition. Each project highlights the importance of saving every watt and the role of innovation and digitalisation in building a resilient energy future.
